It often happens that our order confirmation ends up in your unwanted email/spam folder. If this is not the case, but your payment has been debited, please contact webshop@makii.nl

We accept iDeal, paypal, creditcard, Apple Pay and Bancontact.

For orders up to 27.95€, the shipping costs within NL are 2.95€.
Orders above 27.95€ are shipped free of charge.

The costs for shipping to Belgium and Germany are 6.95€.
Orders over 65€ are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs to all other European countries are € 14.95.

Placing an order is easy:

• Go to the product of your choice.
• Click on ‘ADD TO SHOPPING CART’
• Click on ‘VIEW SHOPPING CART’ to view the contents of your shopping cart or click on ‘PAY’ to make the payment.
• Enter your details, choose a payment method and click on ‘PLACE ORDER’.
• You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when the order has been successfully placed.

If you want to change or cancel the order, please send an email to webshop@makii.nl as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped in the meantime, unfortunately we cannot change it anymore.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a track-and-trace link from us with which you can follow the shipment.

Costs for shipping within the Netherlands are 2.95€.
For orders above 27.95€, shipping is free within NL.

The costs for shipping to Belgium and Germany are 6.95€.
Orders over 65€ are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs to all other European countries are 14.95€.

We have a delivery time of 2-3 working days for orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Of course, the above is an indication of PostNL and we cannot give you a guarantee with regard to delivery on the basis of this information.

We use a return period of 14 days.
The costs of returning are for your own account.

• Register your return shipment in advance by e-mail (webshop@makii.nl) stating your order number.

• Send the item you want to return, including the original packaging, with sufficient postage to the following address:
  Makii, Metaalhof 25, 3067 GM, Rotterdam, The Netherlands

• Clearly state the order number on your return shipment.

We aim to process your return within 5 working days and refund your payment.

We work together with payment provider Mollie for the processing of payments in our shop.

We accept iDeal, paypal, credit card, Apple Pay and Bancontact as payment methods.

Entering data and payment takes place in our webshop via a secure SSL connection, recognizable by ‘https’ and / or an icon of a lock at the top of your browser.

Without limitation of the 14-day legal reflection period, you can return the product to us, for example if the product is not the product ordered, it is damaged or it concerns an incorrectly delivered quantity.

To use your discount code, enter your discount code at the checkout when paying. The discount will be deducted immediately.

The discount code can be used once, you must spend the credit in one go.

You can pay the remainder of your purchase with iDeal, paypal, credit card, Apple Pay or Bancontact.
